Co-Founder, PonderoHeidi Hildebrandt has spent 10+ years building digital products that help people learn, decide, and act — first in health education, now in AI.
At Osmosis.org, she was the company's first B2C product hire and spent seven years growing the product before its acquisition by Elsevier in 2021. She launched a B2B clinical sciences product line, led product strategy across consumer and institutional markets, and built teams from the ground up. Before that, she worked as a UX designer and Motion Graphics Director at Nucleus Medical Media and an edtech startup.
She holds advanced credentials from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
